Interior scented candles:
It is always our intention to carefully inspect and package your purchase so it arrives to you in perfect condition. We apply the same concept in our design and execution across all of our offerings with the most valuable aspect of our being - our client relationships and satisfaction. In the unlikely event damage occurs whilst on route please let us know as soon you can. Keep all of the original packaging material, we will further investigate and provide you with a solution.
 
Cocktail gifting boxes:
Our elevated gifting boxes contain eatables and fragile glassware this is why we have chosen to provide an exclusive concierge service by having your order hand delivered by one of our brand ambassadors. Please insure that yourself or the recipient is available to receive the luxury gift. Our guarantee policy will only apply when safety instructions, guides provided by us and use by dates are followed. 

We do not simply offer returns or exchanges on change of heart purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please reach out to us at concierge@privatim.com.au  for a customised approach to your request.
